Recent pictures show the C6 will be an Evolution of the C5 with more power. A new LS2 6.0-liter small-block V8 that produces an estimated 400 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque will be the standard engine for 2005 Corvettes..  The hideaway headlights are gone, and the rear end is slightly altered. Sound system with 6-disc in dash CD changer and 9-speakers, DVD navigation, 6.5" LCD color display touch screen, voice recognition. The C6 will share the Cadillac XLR’s 105.7-inch wheelbase, 1.2 inches longer than the C5.
